In 1968 it started as a one-man operation of making and delivering custom-ordered eyelashes to local beauty salons. With his Korean know-how and strong commitment to provide the best, the venture steadily grew to become the world’s leading manufacturer of false eyelashes producing 15 million sets annually.

Today, Royal Korindah’s factory is 12,000 square meters with 3,500 workers in the rural town of Purbalingga, Indonesia. We had been the single biggest employer and contributor to the livelihood and economy of the town. We are very proud of our achievements and so was the President of Indonesia, whom in 1991 awarded the company the Upakarti Award for achievements and contributions.

Our motto is: Provide the best and customers will come; take care of our employees and they will stay. And stay they do. Many of our workers had been with us since the early days of our factory. Their 38 years expertise assures perfect lashes every time. Our commitment to customer satisfaction had always been and always will be our top priority. ISO 9001:2000 certificate had been awarded to our Quality Management Systems; first in the world for a fake eyelashes manufacturing company.

We also believe that we have the responsibility to protect the environment, welfare of the community, and health & safety of our workers. We are committing to our beliefs by working to obtain ISO 14001 certification for Environmental Management Systems. Apart from that, our efforts to ensure workers’ health and safety standards were rated and ranked 5th in Indonesia’s Most Caring Companies award in 2005.
